# FixImage credits, plans and free rewards

AI photo edits on FixImage are paid for in credits, and the price of each edit is displayed before you start. The free image tools use no credits.

## Starting for free

New accounts receive free credits, and checking in each day adds more. Over a seven-day streak the reward grows from 3 credits on day 1 to 9 on day 7, or 30 credits for the whole week.

Standard and Pro yearly members get 50% more credits on every credit pack for the same price: the 8,500-credit pack gives 12,750 credits and the 26,000-credit pack gives 39,000 credits. The bonus is applied at checkout while the Standard or Pro yearly plan is active, is shown on the Stripe checkout page, and never expires, like other paid credits. Starter yearly and monthly plans receive the base pack credits.

## Black Friday 2026 offer (until December 1, 11:59 pm PT)

Until December 1, 2026, 11:59 pm PT, every new monthly plan gets double credits in month 1 and every new yearly plan gets double credits for the first year, with the extra year of credits added the day you pay. Prices stay the same and no code is needed. Renewals and plan changes use the usual credits. While a plan is active, every credit pack also comes with double credits, which replaces the yearly member pack bonus during the offer; credit packs are for members with an active plan until the offer ends. ## Credit validity

Paid credits from the plans and packs on this page never expire. Unused credits roll over, and cancelling renewal does not remove credits already granted. Yearly plans deliver credits in monthly grants throughout the prepaid term. Paid credits you still hold after cancelling keep working on paid models and settings. Signup and referral rewards last 30 days, daily check-in credits never expire, and expired credits are not reinstated.

## Failed edits, cancelling and refunds

When a technical fault stops an AI edit, the credits reserved for it go back to your balance without you asking. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from billing settings through the Stripe billing portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period, and paid credits left over keep working on paid models. Refunds are requested by email only: within 7 days of a payment, if no more than 10% of the credits that payment covers have been used (the whole pack including any yearly member bonus, that month for a monthly plan, or one month of credits for a yearly plan), FixImage refunds 90% of the amount paid. Credits used from every source count, including reward credits. Credits still remaining from a refunded pack, including its yearly member bonus credits, are removed; for a partial refund they are removed in proportion to the amount refunded. If a credit pack checkout with yearly member bonus credits was started or completed during a yearly plan period, a refund of that yearly payment is reviewed individually by support.
